Challenge Rules
Winner will be selected based on most points earned through out the challenge. Point can be earned by completing the following activities:
- Attend the Kickoff Zoom Call on August 3rd at 7pm - 2 points
- Completing Daily Workouts - 1 Point per day
- Even if your lifting plan only calls for weight training 2-4 times per week, you can still log other non-prescribed workouts (cardio, sports, stretching, long-walks, yoga, etc.) in the Scout Strength Fitness App.
- Workouts must be logged in the App.
- Attending the weekly Community Wins Zoom Call with Q&A on Wednesday nights at 7pm (August 6, 13, 20, & 27th) - 1 point each
- Participating in the Facebook Group daily discussion post (respond with a comment or create a post) - 1 point per day
- Challengers must attend a 30 minute one-on-one exit call with David between August 24th and September 3rd to be eligible to win the prize.
- Tie breaker will be selected by David based on community interaction and total transformation.
Challenge Timeline
- Sign-up for the challenge starting on July 27th, 2025.
- The challenge runs from August 3rd 2025 to August 30th, 2025.
- Winner will be announced on September 3rd, 2025.
- Free entry for the first 30 people to sign up.

Does purchasing the VIP access increase my odds of winning?
No, everyone in the challenge (free and paid) have the same opportunities to score points. However, the VIP option will ensure your workouts align with your fitness goals and may promote better compliance with the program.

August 2025 4-WEEK CHALLENGE DISCLAIMER
By participating in the August 2025 4-Week Challenge (the "Challenge") offered by Scout Strength LLC ("Scout Strength"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You understand that participation in the Challenge involves physical exercise, including but not limited to strength training, cardiovascular activities, flexibility exercises, and other activities such as yoga, sports, or walking, which carry inherent risks of physical injury, illness, or death. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular complications, dehydration, or other injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Challenge, whether known or unknown.
- HEALTH AND MEDICAL CLEARANCE: You represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions, injuries, or impairments that would prevent safe participation in the Challenge. You acknowledge that Scout Strength is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice. You agree to consult with a licensed physician before beginning the Challenge, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or have not exercised regularly. Scout Strength reserves the right to require proof of medical clearance at its discretion.
- NO MEDICAL ADVICE: Any nutritional guidance, exercise recommendations, or wellness advice provided during the Challenge is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree to seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
- PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY: You agree to follow all instructions provided by Scout Strength trainers, use equipment safely and as directed, and immediately cease any activity that causes discomfort or pain. You are responsible for ensuring that your exercise environment, whether at home, a gym, or another location, is safe and free from hazards. You are responsible for logging all workouts in the Scout Strength Fitness App as required for Challenge participation and prize eligibility. Scout Strength is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment, unsafe conditions in your exercise environment, or failure to follow instructions.
- RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Scout Strength LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by you while participating in the Challenge, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
- INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your participation in the Challenge or your breach of this Disclaimer.
- NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: You acknowledge that individual results from the Challenge may vary, and Scout Strength does not guarantee specific fitness, health, or weight loss outcomes. Results depend on your effort, adherence to the program, and other factors outside Scout Strength’s control.
- PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: By registering for the Challenge, you agree to the payment terms outlined at registration. All payments are non-refundable after August 31, 2025, except as required by applicable law.
- PRIZE ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION: The Challenge includes an opportunity to win a $200 prize, subject to the following rules:

- Attending the weekly Community Wins Zoom Call with Q&A on Wednesday nights (August 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2025, at 7:00 PM): 1 point per call.
- Participating in the daily discussion post in the Challenge’s Facebook Group (by commenting or creating a post): 1 point per day.
- To be eligible for the prize, participants must attend a mandatory 30-minute one-on-one exit call with David, scheduled between August 24, 2025, and September 3, 2025.
- In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected at the sole discretion of David, owner of Scout Strength LLC, based on community interaction (e.g., engagement in the Facebook Group) and total transformation (e.g., progress in fitness, health, or wellness goals, as determined by David).
- Scout Strength reserves the right to verify all logged activities and disqualify any participant found to have submitted false or inaccurate information.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution may be made, except at the sole discretion of Scout Strength. Scout Strength reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize or prize rules at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
- By participating in the Challenge, you release Scout Strength from any claims or disputes related to the prize selection process or outcome.
- PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE: You grant Scout Strength permission to use photographs, videos, or testimonials of you taken during the Challenge for promotional purposes, unless you provide written notice to opt out.
- GOVERNING LAW: This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Disclaimer or the Challenge shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
