A dedicated Bench Press upper body training program. Five day a week, seven week program that seriously builds strength in the triceps and upper back to reach the next level. The program challenges you early for maximum growth and tapers off at the end for an opportunity to set your new bench press 1-rep max.
Minimal Equipment Required (Barbell, plates, bench, heavy dumbbells, pull-up bar).
